In March of 1991, it was starting the management that gave the current name to the RAIO PETROL STATION which already was a Shell petrol station. It was a establishment degraded by the weather, inadequate to modern standard demanded of market. Thanks a slow and hard work of recovery its image and efficiency, the RAIO PETROL STATION became a local reference of products and services quality.

In 1995 incorporated the CACHOEIRA PETROL STATION, in Cachoeirinha do Bom Jesus district, showing the Shell trademark. Its localization came to meet an old wish of residents area, to be served from a service with proved quality standard.

In the year of 1998, appeared the first exclusive Convenience store of RAIO NET, the Refined Caffè, occurred too, the join of Abraão petrol station by Shell flag too. Joined with the new unity joined up new partnerships with new ideas and abilities. In 1997 started to do part of RESSACADA PETROL STATION group situated in Rio Tavares, with the same trademark Shell, taking to the south island the company service quality. At this time came the RAIO NET designation.

Two years latter, because strategic reasons, the Abraão Petrol Station was sold. In the year of 2001, inaugurating a new partnership, it was built the PONTA DAS CANAS PETROL STATION by Petrobrás flag.

In January of 2003 the RAIO NET incorporated the ILHA PETROL STATION by Petrobrás too, even of precarious way while it was developed the project of the unity renovation. Nowadays , after finish of reform, this is the most beautiful unity of RAIO NET.

Even this year, it was incorporated to the RAIO NET the KOBRASOL PETROL STATION too, the first unity out of Florianópolis, and the first partnership with TEXACO flag.

The RAIO NET it is so young. But our history shows that we are a young man with a good nature and in this way we intend to grow up.
